Performance Measurement for Effective Management of Nonprofit Organizations (PMNO) is an intensive four-day program that provides leaders of nonprofit organizations with the knowledge and skills to develop and implement performance measures that will help them to achieve their missions.

Participants will leave with an understanding of how to design a performance management strategy that serves their organization's mission, how to create and sustain a performance management culture within the organization, and how to use metrics to demonstrate achievement and accountability to advance development goals.
