Sample Daily Schedule

While attending an Executive Education program, participants follow a schedule similar to the one seen below.

7:00 am - 8:00 am

Breakfast

8:00 am - 9:00 am

Discussion groups meet to review case material and assigned study questions

9:00 am - 10:30 am

Case Discussion: e.g. Organizational Change Management

10:30 am - 11:00 am

Coffee Break

11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Case Discussion: e.g.Leadership and Strategy

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Lunch

2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Case Exercise: e.g. Negotiation

3:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Individual study and class preparation

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Dinner with special guest speaker

 

Evening:

Free time or opportunity to attend Harvard Kennedy School Forum event (during the academic year).
Because of the intensive nature of our programs, participants are asked to immerse themselves completely in the program curriculum and daily events. Free time at night is used to prepare for the next day's session and to mingle informally with classmates.

 

Meals

Unless otherwise noted in the program information, tuition covers most meals during your stay in Cambridge. An on-site catering service provides meals at Harvard Kennedy School for program participants. Please advise the program staff if you require a vegetarian diet.  In addition, coffee and fruit will be available during the break between morning classes.
